Returns & Refunds

We do not accept requests for the return or exchange of an item purchased unless the products are faulty.
We accept requests for the return or exchange of an item purchased if the delivered item has a defect or differs obviously from the item ordered as long as the following criteria are met:

• The item must be unused and unwashed
• The item must be unsoiled and undamaged after it has reached the customer
• Accessories and the statement of delivery must be intact

A customer must contact the Company via the website's CONTACT page or email to onlinestore@msbraque.com within 7 days of delivery of the purchased item.

The colors might be slightly different from the actual products.We highly recommend make un inquiry to the Company before placing your order, if you have any worry and questions regarding the item.

About cancellation and return

Orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or the product delivered is different from what was ordered.

If there is a defect in the product or an error in the contents, please contact us via the CONTACT form or onlinestore@msbraque.com within 7 days of the arrival of the product. Please note the following conditions.

• Must be unused and unwashed
• Not scratched or soiled by the customer
• Accessories such as product tags, repair cloth, spare buttons, etc. must be as they were at the time of delivery.

In addition, the color of the actual product may differ from the posted product photos. Colors may look different depending on the device you are using, so if you have any concerns about purchasing, including the size, we recommend that you contact us once before ordering. .

Delivery days

Basically, it will be shipped on the next business day after receiving your order. We will always send you an email after you place an order, so please include an email address that can receive emails from onlinestore@msbraque.com in your customer information. Please note that all orders are managed from France, so we may not be able to contact you immediately due to the time difference.

Packing/Delivery

All shipments within Japan use Sagawa Express. We will ship with a tracking number and shipping accident compensation. Customers who purchase over ¥60,000 will receive free shipping.
