Can you ship internationally?
We will respond to each situation on a case by case basis. Contact us via the CONTACT page or email to onlinestore@msbraque.com. The item will be shipped by EMS from Japan.
Can I order from overseas?
Please use the CONTACT form or email us at onlinestore@msbraque.com. After confirming the delivery address, delivery date, payment method, etc., we will respond individually.
How long does it take for the product to arrive?
We usually ship the next business day after you place your order. It will be delivered in about 1-2 days from the shipping date. *In the case of overseas, it varies depending on the country and delivery status.
Can I change my shipping address?
Only unshipped items are accepted. If you wish to change your address after completing the shipping arrangements, please contact the shipping company directly. *Please make sure that the customer information you enter when ordering is correct.

All shipments within Japan will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
I'm worried about whether the size will fit
The dimensions for each size are listed in the product description column. We also include the height and size of the model in the product photo, so we recommend that you compare it with your own clothes. *Please note that due to manufacturing methods, materials, etc., there may be an error of several centimeters from the indicated size. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Will you be restocking items that are out of stock?
There is basically no restocking of products. We change the fabrics of the standard and continuation models every season, but we do not reproduce them with exactly the same specifications.
I haven't heard anything even though I placed an order
You will receive an email from us (via onlinestore@msbraque.com) after completing your order. On the other hand, all orders received are managed at our Paris office, so it may take some time to reply due to the time difference. All orders received on weekends and holidays will be received on the next business day. *In rare cases, there may be an error in the customer's email address. Please make sure that the email address you entered is correct before placing your order.
決済は注文時に行われますか?
2023年11月10日より自動決済受理システム(ご入力いただいた決済方法で即時決済が行われること。)から、決済認証システム(弊社側で決済の受理作業をするまで、入力いただいた決済が有効化されないこと。)へ変更を致しました。 コンビニ支払いをご利用の方を除き、在庫状況の確認をした後に弊社在庫管理部門にて決済の有効化をするまで、決済は行われない仕組みとなっております。万一ご注文の品が在庫切れだった場合には、ご注文はキャンセルとなり、決済はキャンセルではなく無効=無かったこととなります。よってご利用クレジットカード会社様等に使用及びキャンセルの反映等も一切行われません。
注文が勝手にキャンセルになりました
弊社のオンラインストア運営プラットフォーム(shopify)のセキュリティシステムにより不正注文の可能性が考えられるとされたご注文については、メールと電話でご本人様確認をさせていただいております。1週間以内にご返答をいただけなかった場合は自動的に注文をキャンセルさせていただきます。キャンセルとなった場合、注文のキャンセルと同時に、ご注文時に入力いただいた決済はキャンセルではなく無効=(無かったこと)となりますので、ご利用クレジットカード会社様等に使用及びキャンセルの反映等も一切行われません。
